Anyway, last week, i just went all out and was exercising quite a bit. I went swimming almost daily, a run and also to kick around in Sembawang park. Not bad actually. Except, that i caught a terrible case of sore throat during the weekend. I spend most of my time sleeping off a fever. Now i just have to get rid of the phlegm and i can head back to swim. Hopefully by tomorrow morning if I'm up to it.
Either way, i know what i going to do, and i will do it.
Meanwhile drool all you want and need!
